Is Hawkeye’s impeccable accuracy a superpower, or just great skill and talent?

I thought it would be really cool to reveal that Hawkeye is actually a mutant and that his superpower is accuracy.

He can do things humans cannot, like shoot three arrows at the same time perfectly and in unison

He shoots the arrow perfectly as he falls from the building without even trying.

And he actually recognized the wind speed and somehow shot a backwards arrow because of the trajectory. (Idk big scientific term)

It’s impossible for a human to do something like this, so it makes sense that he’s a mutant. But it’s really cool for him to be a really talented guy, and it makes him even more ruthless.
